A4. Monday to Wednesday 9am until 5.30pm AEST. Thursday to Friday 9am unil 6.30pm AEST. Saturday 9am until 4pm AEST. Sundays closed.

A5. Yes you can during shop opening hours.
Q6. Do you have eftpos at the shop?
A6. Yes we do. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Eftpos.
Q7. Do you accept direct deposit into a bank account?
A7. Yes we do, contact us at [email protected] to place an order and we will provide the bank details.
Q8. Do you issue a tax invoice?
A8. Yes we do. We are a Registered Australian Business ABN 29761626043. We are registered for GST and all prices include 10% GST.

A9. Yes we can. We do lots of special orders. Please click on this link for our offline search service form.
Q10. Do you combine postage?
A10. Yes we do. We try to minimise postage costs for multiple orders. Orders of $75 and over qualify for our free Australia wide domestic postage offer.
Q11. Why didn't you reply to my offline search query?
A11. We reply to most queries within 24 hours but sometimes we have problems with emails bouncing back because the email address isn't valid. We think this happens because people might incorrectly enter their email address in the offline search form. Please check that you have your email address typed correctly. If you didn't get a reply please contact us again on [email protected]
Q12. Why didn't I get an order confirmation email for my order?
A12. Please check your junk folder or spam folder. Sometimes the confirmation emails end up there depending on which email filters you have with your email account. Sometimes we also find there is a problem with the email you entered into your account being incorrectly entered.
