Refunds and Returns

Please choose carefully.  Under Australian Consumer Law we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind.  Our aim is to provide a quality product and good customer service.  If you have a problem with an item we want to work with you to resolve any issues.
You can choose between a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. 
A major problem is when the item: 
* has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it e.g. book is misbound
* is unsafe 
* is significantly different from the sample or description 
* doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any mutually agreed drop in value. 
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. 
If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. 
Please keep your proof of purchase e.g. your receipt
We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase.  All returns must be made within 14 days after receiving your order.
We will refund the price of the item no later than 3 days from the day on which we receive the returned items in their original condition. We will refund the same means of payment as you used to make your purchase. N.B. In special circumstances we do approve change of mind returns but please note that we charge a 20% restocking fee with no refund of postage costs.
