We charge a flat rate of $9.50 for orders under $150. This flat rate is for regular delivery to one address within Australia by Australia Post or by Courier.
Orders of $150 and over qualify for our free Australia wide domestic postage offer (to one address).

Orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible and normally within 3 days (Usually same or next business day). Very busy periods such as back to School time may take a little longer due to the volume of orders placed with us. Regular delivery within Australia is by Australia Post regular parcel service or by courier.
Express post is by Australia Post express parcel service starting at $16.00 ($16.00 for 1kg + $5.00 each extra kg) Australia Wide.

Delivery by regular post is usually between 2 days and 12 days after shipping depending on your location. Sometimes longer for remote areas, Tasmania and Western Australia orders.
Delivery by express post is usually within 2 business days after shipping depending on your location. Areas outside the Express Post network Express Post Network take longer.

International delivery from Australia is expensive. The cost is automatically calculated at checkout.
Deliveries to destinations outside Australia cannot be made to a Post Office Box (P.O. Box) or Poste restante (General Delivery where the post office holds mail until the recipient calls for it). If you cannot select a postage option at checkout then we may not have activated your country for delivery yet. Please contact us to enquire. For international deliveries, we will hold your order until we can send you all your items at once.
The guide table below is for International Express Post which includes tracking and signature on delivery. Delivery is usually between 3 to 7 business days for metro locations within the express network and sometimes longer for areas outside the express network and non-metro areas (excludes times in customs if applicable). You can track your item via the Australia Post Track My Item page. Extra cover for loss or damage is an optional extra you can choose at checkout. Small thin items may be sent by letter post rather than express courier to minimise the charges for postage on these items.
