International Shipping, Postage and Delivery

International delivery from Australia is expensive.  The cost is automatically calculated at checkout.

Deliveries to destinations outside Australia cannot be made to a Post Office Box (P.O. Box) or Poste restante (General Delivery where the post office holds mail until the recipient calls for it). If you cannot select a postage option at checkout then we may not have activated your country for delivery yet.  Please contact us to enquire. For international deliveries, we will hold your order until we can send you all your items at once.

The guide table below is for International Express Post which includes tracking and signature on delivery. Delivery is usually between 3 to 7 business days for metro locations within the express network and sometimes longer for areas outside the express network and non-metro areas (excludes times in customs if applicable).  You can track your item via the Australia Post Track My Item page. Extra cover for loss or damage is an optional extra you can choose at checkout. Small thin items may be sent by letter post rather than express courier to minimise the charges for postage on these items.

# Extra Cover is only available to certain countries and cover restrictions may vary depending on your country.  For more information check the International Post Guide.

^^ Weight restrictions can vary depending on the country.  For more information check the International Post Guide.

When ordering goods for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the parcel reaches your country.  Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Custom policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.  Additionally, please note that when ordering from The Really Good Book Shop, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
